Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about upgrading your kitchen ventilation.

How do I choose the right CFM for my range hood?

As a general rule, we recommend 100 CFM for every 10,000 BTUs of your stove's total output. For electric stoves, a minimum of 300-400 CFM is typically sufficient for standard cooking.

What is the standard shipping time for Victory Range Hoods?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days via our specialized freight partners.

Can I install a Victory Range Hood myself?

While our hoods come with comprehensive installation guides, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed professional to ensure proper ductwork connection and electrical safety.

What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

We provide a limited warranty that covers parts and motor components. Please refer to your specific model's documentation for the exact duration, which typically ranges from 1 to 5 years.

Do you offer returns if the hood doesn't fit?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the unit is in its original packaging and has not been installed. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply.

What is the difference between ducted and ductless range hoods?

Ducted hoods vent air to the outside of your home, providing superior smoke and odor removal. Ductless hoods use charcoal filters to clean the air before recirculating it back into the kitchen.
