At Victory Range Hoods, we stand behind the quality of our ventilation products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your range hood doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack the range hood in its original shipping box with all protective foam, manuals, and mounting hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Warehouse

Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the unit back to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit to confirm it is uninstalled and undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
